How do I buy an item?
Register a user account if you do not have one. When you find an item you like, you can login and buy it immediately if it is listed for direct sales, or participate in an auction if it is listed for auction.
How do I participate in an auction?
Login your user account to place bid within the auction period and view the auction's status on the item's page.
Selling & Authentication
What happens if I win an auction?
You will be notified of winning an auction and provided the instruction to pay for the item that you have won.
How do I list an item for sale?
Login your user account to create a new listing. Fill in the item's information, add photos and supporting documents, then publish the list for direct sale, real-time auction, or both.
What is the Digital Ownership Token (DOT) service?
The DOT service is a decentralized registry for art and antique collectibles. Authentication reports and metadata of collectibles are minted as blockchain-based DOTs, allowing collectors to view item's permanent record before buying and showcase their items to potential buyers.
How do I get paid for a sold item and what are the selling fees?
Once the buyer receives their item and is satisfied, the fund from the sale minus the selling fee will be released to you. Listing an item for sale is free, and we only charge a small percentage of the item's final sale price as the selling fee.

How does the marketplace prevent fraud?
We monitor all the buy and sell activities on the marketplace. If users find any suspicious items, they can report to us.
Can I access public records of an item before purchasing?
You can view all public information on the item's page. If it has an DOT, an URL will be provided for validation on the blockchain platform.
